only hand-feed the scanners
- Our
staff is trained to pay attention to image quality
rather than throughput
- We
only use equipment that operates at moderate speeds
to minimize the possibility of damage to the original
document
- We
ensure that the scanner's quality control system and
the scanner operator's quality control method are
completely synchronized
- We
clean our scanners inside and out every 5,000 to 10,000
pages, three or more times as often as most services
- We
use state-of-the-art equipment and software
